A California man arrested last week on Wednesday was in connection with the theft of display devices from an Apple Store located in Berkeley. He is seen on video walking past a police car and then walking to a getaway vehicle.

Detectives from the Emeryville Police Department arrested Tyler Mims, 22, of Berkeley, for his involvement in this theft. He was charged with burglary and grand theft as well as other crimes.

On Thursday, former Governor Nikki Haley (R-SC) lost to former president Donald Trump in the U.S. Virgin Islands Republican Caucuses. By 10:00 p.m. ET, an estimated 99 percent of the votes had been reported. Haley received 64 votes and Trump 182, or 74 percent. At 10:00 p.m. ET, approximately 99 percent of the results had been reported. Haley got 64 votes while Trump received 182, or 74 percent. This is only 26 percent.
